Who is responsible

The person responsible for Kukubos is Rocío Isabel Fernández Peral, acting as an individual.

What data the game collects

None that identifies you. In particular:

• There are no accounts or sign-ups.
• It shows no ads.
• It includes no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
• It does not ask for your name, email, location or anything similar.

Where your progress is stored

Your progress (levels, stars and settings) is stored only on your phone. It does not leave the device and we do not receive it.

Parental control

Before opening an external link or asking for an app rating, the game shows a simple question meant for adults. That way a child does not leave the game by accident.

Download and crash data from Apple and Google

Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) give app publishers aggregated statistics about downloads and crashes. This data does not identify anyone, and each company handles it under its own privacy policy.

Children

Kukubos is made for playing together as a family. It does not ask for or collect data from anyone, including minors.

If online features arrive one day

In the future the game may add online features, such as a shared daily challenge or leaderboards. If that happens, we will describe them on this page in detail before they become available: what is sent, what it is used for and how long it is kept. They will still not need accounts or personal data.

If you write to us

When you write to soporte@kukubos.com, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us. We use them only to reply to you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

This website

This website uses no cookies, has no analytics, loads nothing from other companies and has no forms. Like any server, the one that hosts it keeps technical access logs (for example, the IP address and the time) so that it works and stays secure. These logs are deleted automatically after about five weeks and are not used for anything else.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection regarding any personal data we hold about you, and for portability of the data you have given us. To exercise any of these rights, write to soporte@kukubos.com.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

How to delete your data

Since your progress lives only on your phone, uninstalling the app deletes everything. If you have written to us and want us to delete your message, ask us at soporte@kukubos.com.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we will update this page and raise the version number.
